Job Description

Candidates MUST have extensive experience as a Senior HR Coordinator – with comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service, Benefits – Open Enrollment and Oracle HR and local to Portland, OR area.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience supporting Talent Acquisition is very helpful as these positions interact with many / a large number of applicants
Required Skills:
· Experience working with employment laws.
· Experience working with corporate policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements and benefit plans.
· Skills in navigating and working with systems and programs including data retrieval.

Job Description:
If you have excellent people experience along with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, our client might be looking for you. This position will be part of small (currently size of 6 members) team and interact with customers over the phone, email vs in person.

Job Responsibility:
As the Senior HR Coordinator :
· You'll work as a team with other coordinators to deliver high quality customer service.
· You are the first line of contact for company employees seeking help with human resources (HR) policies, processes and transactions. As such, you will provide support through investigation and resolution of problems or concerns. The work includes problem identification, accurate documentation, communication research, escalation or resolution, and tracking according to predefined guidelines.
· In addition to front line customer service, you will verify, process and input transactions dealing with employee information (e.g. employee movement, new employee data, etc.).
· You'll work directly with employees and partner with internal HR functions such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Payroll as well as business operations throughout the company

Education Required: High School Diploma
Experience Required: At least 2 years of HR experience
