Wiley is seeking a customer-centric, Digital Sales Specialist to drive digital courseware growth, specifically in Wiley Plus, NWP, and Alta. The Digital Sales Specialist will partner with Instructors to help drive digital solutions that positively impact student, faculty and institutional success.

 

About the role

  • Identifying and qualifying top targets and opportunities to drive assessment technology sales with WIley Plus, NWP, and Alta with a focus on Business, Psychology, and Economics solutions.
  • To improve student performance in the classroom.
  • Collaborating and working with Account Managers, District Managers, and Customer Success teams to craft and leverage selling strategies and drive innovation and success across the teams.
  • Training and supporting customers on Wiley Plus, NWP, and Alta implementation.
  • Demonstrating the ability to form solid partnerships at 2 and 4 year institutions to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships.
  • Developing and implementing territory and business plans.
  • Working closely with product development, product marketing and market development teams to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital programs.
  • Deep integration expertise on various LMS / LTI implementations
  • Digital sales coach / training / upskilling for Account Managers.

 

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years industry sales experience in industry; successful record of performance
  • Strong sales, organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • A strong drive to sell and implement digital solutions to see impactful results with faculty and students
  • Self-starter with the ability to maximize time and generate high ROI by leveraging strong listening skills to understand and execute digital solutions
  • Regularly and clearly establishes expectations, effectively coaches, and collaborates with external and internal customers
