The Retail Execution Manager is accountable for executing national and regional initiatives across all formats for the Region. This includes educating customer account and field teams on Marketing big bets; developing communication processes and programs to ensure national and regional initiatives are wired with Zone and Key Account teams; and providing scorecards to track execution. This role will work to develop and commercialize regional/customer marketing initiatives, ensure strong linkage to the product supply organization, and ultimately enable excellence in execution through effective communication.



  • Wire national marketing and sales must do's to each zone and the key account team to ensure successful field execution and integration with region plans

  • Interface with key HQ functional contacts, including Division Director, Sales and Marketing and Customer Marketing teams

  • Coordinate enrollment of key initiatives into information systems to support execution (TREX, etc.)

  • Coordinate support of the regional customer strategy, including execution of growth summits and participation in customer calls to support the DOS and KAM team

  • Develop and execute hyper local marketing programs that support region and customer strategy. Own Print on Demand and other POS tools for the Region.

  • Scorecard execution of key intiatives in the region to include new product distribution, POS/equipment placement, promotion execution and other priorities

  • Sales Analysis - analyze program effectiveness and sales potential with Region/HQ category management teams

  • Commercial Leadership Team meeting preparation and follow up

  • Leader of the Quarterly Planning Process as described/defined in the National Marketing Playbook

  • Product Supply liaison for Region initiatives, business proposals, new item execution, LIO, KSS/CLO, etc

  • Lead and optimize Regional Marketing initiatives

  • Help Identify/Capitalize on share opportunities

  • Provide Marketing Expertise on customer calls
