THE POSITION
We currently have a position for a Route Supervisor in our Wilsonville region. This position entails a great deal of responsibility in the areas of customer relations/sales, business development and organizational development. You will be performing preventative maintenance on our dish machines as well as selling to new and existing customers. An ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, desire to sell, and management experience. An understanding of the operational side of the business and route sales experience is highly desired. You must be able to lead a sales and service team. You will be supervising 3-4 team members and leading the sales operations of the branch. Monday-Friday work week with an on call rotation. Training is provided along with opportunities for advancement.
THE REQUIREMENTS
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
*Strong mechanical aptitude
*Previous sales leadership experience
*Strong organizational skills/time management skills
*Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
*Food and Beverage/Hospitality experience a plus
